Entry for the 2024 UKAHFT club teams class. The cost is £1 per shooter.
Team members must be fully paid members of the club they are representing, proof of this may be requested. Members should also shoot at the club on a monthly basis. Teams may consist of up to a maximum of 25 shooters from any class.
Please purchase the number of shooters you have on your team and enter all their names in the box below. E.g. if you have 20 shooters on your team you need to purchase 20 entries and add all 20 names to the box. Top this list with your club name.
Entry closes on the 7th April 2024, after this date, no additions or substitutions to the teams are allowed.
